How to Return or Exchange an Item

  2. Prepare the Package:

    • Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags and accessories included.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping Label:

    • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Print and attach the label to your package.
  4. Send It Back:

    • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or arrange for a pickup if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange request within 5-7 business days.
  • If the requested item for exchange is in stock, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
